The pho was everything you want on a cozy night out crystal-clear broth that’s rich and deeply flavorful without being heavy, tender slices of beef, and the perfect balance of fresh herbs, scallions, and bean sprouts. You can tell the broth has been simmered with care; it’s clean, aromatic, and comforting in every spoonful. The fresh grilled chicken rolls were just as impressive. Packed with crisp lettuce, herbs, and juicy grilled meat, all wrapped tightly in delicate rice paper. The peanut sauce on the side was creamy, slightly sweet, and topped with crunchy peanuts for that extra texture. honestly, I could’ve eaten that by the spoonful. Everything tasted fresh, well-portioned, and thoughtfully prepared. If you’re craving authentic, comforting Vietnamese food that hits all the right notes, this is the spot. Can’t wait to come back.”

We ordered the special pho and the braised pork belly, and both dishes were absolutely delicious — rich in flavour and beautifully prepared.
